It is a healthy and quick beverage that is very easy to make. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />2 Cups Yogurt <br />12 tbsp Sugar <br />2 Cups Cold Water <br />Cardamom Powder <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a bowl add yogurt and sugar. With the help of an electric hand beater mix everything well. <br />- Add water as required and again mix well till you get some froth. <br />- Pour the lassi in a serving glass and garnish it with cardamom powder. Also add ice cubes if you want.
